2021 Regulatory Process

On July 31, 2020, NSP Maritime Link Inc. (NSPML) filed an Interim Assessment Application seeking Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB) approval to collect payment of 2021 Project costs from NS Power for the Maritime Link effective January 1, 2021.

 

Approval for NSPML's application will not add costs for utility customers in 2020 as the Project is included in NS Power's 2020-2022 Fuel Stability Plan which NS Power has presented to the UARB for review and approval under a separate application. 

 

2021 Interim Assessment Application
