Public Information Sessions
Emera Newfoundland & Labrador (ENL) invites the public to attend a Public Information Session to learn more about the Maritime Transmission Link. These Public Information Sessions are informal and members of the public are encouraged to attend at their convenience.
ENL representatives will be on hand to provide information about the Maritime Link, listen to feedback and answer questions.
The Maritime Transmission Link is a 500 MW, +/- 200 to 250 kV high voltage transmission system between Granite Canal, NL and Woodbine, NS and includes subsea cables between Cape Ray on the island of Newfoundland and the Point Aconi area of Nova Scotia.
